Schio's former post office: a landmark building brought back to life as a services and workspace hub.
What the project includes
An entire block in the centre of Schio, built when public buildings were meant to last a century. Solid structure, generous daylight, ceiling heights nobody builds any more.
The project turns it into the town's Business & Design Centre: offices of varying size, shared desks, meeting rooms and a ground floor open to the public. The detailed design and construction schedule are being finalised.
