LFAestate was founded in Schio in 2026 to own, manage and reposition property across the Alto Vicentino area.

LFAestate is a partner of LFA architecture&engineering, a global design firm founded and directed by Luisa Fontana.
LFAestate acquires the buildings, manages their transformation and maintains their management over time. We are owners and managers, and we support potential investors as technical advisors.
Design and strategic vision are entrusted to LFA Architecture & Engineering, an architecture and engineering practice active for over thirty years. The two companies are legally separate: they share the method and the people who built that expertise.
