A new company, with thirty years behind it.

The idea comes from a simple observation: the historic centres around us are full of solid, well-placed buildings standing completely still. There is no shortage of property — there is a shortage of people who can read it and put it back to work.

LFAestate acquires those buildings, leads their transformation and keeps managing them over time. We are not an agency and we do not work on percentages: we are owners and managers, and we support other owners as technical advisors on a fixed fee.

Design is entrusted to LFA Architecture & Engineering, an architecture and engineering practice active for over thirty years. The two companies are legally separate: they share a brand lineage, a method, and the people who built that expertise.
