LFAestate was founded in Schio in 2026 to own, manage and reposition real estate. We do not buy to flip: we acquire buildings that stopped working and put them back to work.
Every building passes through LFA Architecture & Engineering, a practice active in the Vicenza area for over thirty years. The two companies are separate, but they read a building the same way: survey first, then the numbers, then the design.
